Refund Policy

Orbo has a Free plan, so you can try every core skill before paying. If a paid plan isn’t right for you, here’s how cancelling and refunds work.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then moves to Free. You won’t be charged again.

Refunds

• First purchase: if you’re not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
• Renewals: renewals aren’t normally refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and haven’t used the plan since it renewed, write to us within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.
• Service problems: if Orbo was unavailable or didn’t work as described for a significant part of your billing period, we’ll offer a fair partial or full refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, Polar, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
