Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms are an agreement between you and HeyOrbo, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, for your use of the Orbo app for Windows, the website heyorbo.com and its free tools (together, “Orbo”). By using Orbo you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.
Using Orbo
- Use Orbo only on computers you own or are allowed to use, and only for lawful purposes.
- Don’t try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service.
- Don’t use Orbo to harm others, to access systems or data you’re not allowed to, or to create unlawful content.
Automatic actions
In Automatic mode Orbo controls the mouse and keyboard to carry out the task you asked for. AI can make mistakes: watch what Orbo does, and press Esc to stop it at any time. You are responsible for checking the result before relying on it, especially for actions that send, delete, buy or change something.
AI answers
Orbo’s answers, drawings and transcripts are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
Plans, billing and limits
Orbo has a Free plan and paid Pro and Max plans, billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor Polar. Each plan has the usage limits shown on the pricing page; daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel from your account page. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you say, upload and capture with Orbo. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our software
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the Orbo app on the number of PCs your plan allows. Orbo, its design and its brand belong to HeyOrbo.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Orbo running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a change that significantly reduces a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance.
Ending your use
You can stop using Orbo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
Liability
Orbo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, HeyOrbo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is significant we’ll notify account holders before it takes effect.
